Do you really offer unlimited users on all plans?
Yes! Gatekeeper provides unlimited users on all plans to promote widespread adoption, as we strongly feel that collaboration is the key to best-in-class supplier and contract management.
Is there anything to install?
No. Gatekeeper is a cloud based application. As a customer you receive all product updates instantly with no action required. Our software and all of your data is stored on secured servers in the Amazon AWS Cloud.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes. All pricing above is based on an annual commitment only. We offer discounts for multi-year deals and for a range of organisations such as charities and not-for-profits. Please speak to a member of our team today for more information.
Do I need to pay for one year in advance on each Plan?
Yes. Gatekeeper plans are billed annually by default. We find companies get best value from Gatekeeper by using the platform for at least a year. We want ongoing partnerships with our clients and so focus on delivering value over the long term.
Does Gatekeeper offer a free trial?

Do archived Suppliers and Contracts count towards the plan totals?
No, only Live & Pipeline Contracts and Suppliers count towards your plan totals. We advise uploading legacy suppliers and contracts to build a strong audit trail within Gatekeeper but there is no charge for storing or reporting on these records whatsoever.
