Do you offer discounts?

Yes. All pricing above is based on an annual commitment only. We offer discounts for multi-year deals and for a range of organisations such as charities and not-for-profits. Please speak to a member of our team for more information.

Does Gatekeeper offer a free trial?

Yes. Gatekeeper supports a range of use-cases and so for the best trial experience we can configure our solution to meet your specific business challenges. Please set up a call today.

Do archived Suppliers and Contracts count towards the plan totals?

No, only Live & Pipeline Contracts and Suppliers count towards your plan totals. We advise uploading legacy suppliers and contracts to build a strong audit trail within Gatekeeper but there is no charge for storing or reporting on these records whatsoever.

Is there anything to install?

No. Gatekeeper is a cloud based application. As a customer you receive all product updates instantly with no action required. Our software and all of your data is stored on secured servers in the Amazon AWS Cloud.

Do I need to pay for one year in advance on each Plan?

Yes. Gatekeeper plans are billed annually by default. We find companies get best value from Gatekeeper by using the platform for at least a year. We want ongoing partnerships with our clients and so focus on delivering value over the long term.
