Force Majeure

Anything outside the reasonable control of a Party which could not reasonably have been anticipated and avoided that makes it illegal or impossible for the Party to perform under the Contract.

All Obligations of the affected Party, except for the Obligation to pay, may be Excused for the duration of the Force Majeure situation following some agreed waiting period.

Termination of the Contract may be possible if the Force Majeure situation continues some agreed duration.
