1. Reasons for Seeking a Solution

At Clayton Utz, the procurement team approached us with a familiar challenge.

Managing agreements through an Excel spreadsheet proved inefficient, particularly when faced with due diligence checks on suppliers concerning Modern Slavery and IT Security risks.The manual process of setting calendar reminders led to oversights, unauthorised executions, and the realisation that tighter policies and procedures were necessary.

2. Implementation Experience

Implementation began with Clayton Utz and Gatekeeper collaboratively designing the workflows and processes. Following this, Clayton Utz provided their existing agreements as a bulk file.

Gatekeeper took charge of uploading these files into the system, creating supplier profiles, and ensuring crucial information such as start and end dates were inputted.

3. The Experience to Date
